1) Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2) Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days (within India)

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as:

    • Customer location and serviceability

    • Courier partner operations

    • Weather conditions or unforeseen logistical delays

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery.

3) Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • In rare cases, certain remote or limited-service pin codes may experience longer delivery times or may be non-serviceable.

4) Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible pin codes.

  • To ensure successful delivery and reduce incorrect/fake orders, our team may verify COD orders via call or WhatsApp prior to dispatch.

  • If an order cannot be confirmed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5) Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp/email (as applicable).

  • Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

6) Delivery Attempts, RTO & Re-Shipping

If an order is returned due to reasons such as:

  • incorrect/incomplete address,

  • customer unavailable,

  • refusal to accept delivery,

it may be classified as Return to Origin (RTO). In such cases:

  • Re-shipping may be offered based on feasibility, and

  • We may request prepaid payment for re-shipping and/or additional shipping charges.

7) Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only before the order is dispatched.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not guaranteed and will be treated as per the conditions mentioned in Section 6.
